Balshi is a virtual-credit prediction market for people aged 13 and older. Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, withdrawn, redeemed for prizes, or transferred outside accounted exchange transactions.

Your details belong to you.

Public profiles show a username, optional display name, and bio. Email, grade, account balances, and detailed trading history are private. We store an age eligibility category rather than a date of birth. No behavioral advertising or sale of student data is part of this implementation.

Be curious. Be respectful.

Ask objective, verifiable questions about shared events. Harassment, private personal speculation, relationships, grades, health, violence, and invasive predictions about students are prohibited. Report concerning content using the flag beside a message.

How a question becomes a market.

Proposals go through moderation, review by four appointed grade advisors, at least three affirmative votes, and final administrative approval. Markets publish settlement rules before trading. A provisional outcome has a 24-hour appeal period. A voided market pays 0.50 virtual credits per outstanding share.

Control your experience.

Invite-only groups, accepted conversations, blocking, reporting, session revocation, account export, and account deactivation are available. Account deletion retains necessary ledger and audit records.
